Just as the title says and as reported by MacWorld, there appears to be some buzz around a new piece of software that allows a PC to run Mac OS X. Of course, as soon as I heard about it, the CherryOS website was experiencing huge traffic problems and I was unable to see for myself. According to the report, the performance will be equivalent to 80% of the host computer’s speed. So if you have a 3 GHz PC, you would be getting the same performance as running a 2.4 GHz Mac. Sounds good to me. I’d like to test drive this baby out.
