CityBlogz Design Studio is a brother and sister team based out of Rochester, Minnesota. Thomas Yung is the owner and lead web architect, designer, and developer. Mia Yung is the lead graphic designer and does some occasional HTML/CSS coding as well. Together, we started this venture in 2005. Check out our profiles below.

Thomas Yung

In summary, Thomas is motivated by creating great looking user interfaces for the web. He believes in designing clean and simple user interfaces that enhance user experience via web standards. His ideal work environment is one that is open and transparent, encourages creativity, and empowers people to pursue good ideas. He is a web expert passionate about the new and exciting world of the mobile web. He is a registered member of the iPhone Developer Program and was one of the first people to own an iPhone. Thomas loves the iPhone because of its game changing web browsing experience and multi-touch capabilities. He also owns a Windows Mobile phone, and loves the platform because of its versatility. He blogs regularly at www.cityblogz.com/blog He is an actively serving board member of the Rochester International Association, and is active in driving technology decisions. He also maintains their web presence and designs their newsletter that goes out to over 200 members in the local Rochester and area community. On a personal note, Thomas loves listening to technology podcasts, plays soccer for exercise, watches NHL hockey (Calgary Flames and Minnesota Wild), and likes Aikido (five years of training).

Mia Yung

In summary, Mia is a very creative and artistic individual who is great at making designs for both web and print. Her other gig is for Emerson and Clarke Printing. She designed CityBlogz Design Studio's logo and brand, and can help create a unique brand for any company. She lives in Calgary, Canada, and works remotely whenever she has free time. She also loves the iPhone and is probably one of the first people in Canada to have one before the iPhone 3G came out. On a personal note, she likes to exercise regularly and is huge music and movie fan.
